Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds for all of my services & offerings, which may include:
: (Private & Group) Coaching programs
: Video editing & production services
: Ebooks & digital products

> I see this as a non-refundable investment in your business, your videos and your growth. My no-refund policy makes sure we respect each others’ time & energy, and that you fully commit and invest in the work.

Video Editing
Payments for video editing projects are made to Video For Shy People in increments, as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Video For Shy People and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront to secure their project on the calendar, before any video editing services begin. The remaining 50% of the client’s balance will be billed once the project begins.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your attendance for a scheduled (phone/video conferencing) session, cancellations will be accepted only if a request is made to reschedule the appointment. This request must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
